What you will do

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and end-users to analyze objectives and capability requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement solutions within the Salesforce platform and its wider ecosystem.
• Contribute to application strategies and architectural designs for the global CRM platform.
• Test application stability and functionality, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs.
• Produce technical documentation and manage operational handovers.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration or similar.
• Several years of experience in a similar role within an international, agile environment.
• Broad expertise in Salesforce object model, Dynamic Forms, Flow-first automation, and Lightning App Builder.
• Deep knowledge of either Service Cloud/Experience Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel) or Revenue Cloud/Sales Cloud (Quote-to-Cash, CPQ).
• Strong development skills in LWC, Apex, SOQL/SOSL and experience with VS Code or SFDX.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and availability to work in the EMEA time zone.

Nice to have

• Experience with Marketing Cloud (Growth and Account Engagement) and Data Cloud.
• Experience with Agentforce.
• Salesforce DevOps experience using Copado or Gearset.
