TL;DR
SAP Security Consultant (ERP): Provide hands-on SAP Security support across ECC, S/4HANA and SAP Public Cloud environments with an accent on BAU/AMS activities, user provisioning, role maintenance, and authorisation troubleshooting. Focus on Fiori security design, license optimisation, access risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
Location: Remote within Australia, Philippines, Sydney NSW, or New Zealand. Must have legal working rights for Australia or New Zealand; no sponsorship offered.

What you will do
- Provide day-to-day SAP Security support across ECC, S/4HANA, and Public Cloud, handling tickets, incidents, and service requests within SLAs.
- Perform user provisioning, role assignments, access changes, and troubleshooting using SU53, STAUTHTRACE, PFCG, and SU24.
- Maintain Fiori security, conduct license optimisation (FUE, Star Report), and support user access reviews with GRC/IAG.
- Collaborate with customers, functional consultants, and teams on security issues, enhancements, upgrades, and improvements.
- Maintain documentation for support activities and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP Security within AMS/BAU support environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Security across ECC, S/4HANA, and Public Cloud, including authorisation concepts and role design.
- Solid knowledge of Fiori security, access risk/compliance (GRC/IAG, audits), and license optimisation (FUE, STAR Report, USMM).
- Strong communication, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and engage with customers/stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control and SAP IAG.
