What you will do

• Provide Level 3 support, monitor system health, performance, and security across OS/database layers.
• Perform root cause analysis, diagnose issues in reports, interfaces, enhancements, and background jobs.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy technical fixes; plan and execute upgrades, SPS, and migrations.
• Administer SAP HANA, manage transports/patches, support cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, SAP BTP.
• Contribute to on-premise to cloud/SaaS transitions and infrastructure automation with Ansible/Terraform.
• Collaborate with customers and teams, maintain documentation, follow change management processes.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years hands-on SAP Basis/technical consulting in complex environments
• Strong experience with SAP HANA, Linux (Red Hat/SUSE), SAP landscape administration
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP BTP
• Proven root cause analysis and delivery of sustainable solutions
• Strong communication, collaboration, and technical documentation skills

• Experience supporting or leading on-premise to cloud/SaaS transitions
