What you will do
- Handle B2B customer service for the Swiss market primarily via written communication in German.
- Resolve financial queries regarding transactional business and basic accounting.
- Manage product inquiries and implement contract changes.
- Prepare customer reporting, account statements, and conduct reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
- Participate in team problem-solving activities and implement agreed solutions.
Requirements
- Fluent German (minimum B2 level).
- Very good proficiency in English and Polish.
- Proactive approach and team player mentality.
- Strong customer focus and high attention to detail.
- Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
