What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define problems, lead discoveries, and create user flows for new or existing features
• Create high-fidelity interactive designs and iteratively improve them based on user and stakeholder feedback
• Understand complex models and problems, designing them into intuitive, user-centric solutions
• Collaborate with designers to improve design language and UX patterns, advocating for user-focused design
• Own the product by bringing ideas, shaping vision, and contributing beyond pixel-pushing

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of product design experience (Web, Android, iOS) building user-centric digital products, ideally in fast-paced environment
• Strong grasp of visual design and accessibility, turning complex problems into elegant solutions
• Up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices
• Experience in agile environment
• Very strong written and spoken English skills

• Experience and interest in climate tech industry
• Fluent in German
