Location: London | Hybrid 3 days in office

Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 (day rate equivalent)

What you will do

• Build and deliver multi-channel CRM campaigns across email and lifecycle journeys
• Support automated programmes including welcome flows, renewals, and re-engagement campaigns
• Create audience segments using behavioural and customer data
• Manage campaign production from briefing through to launch and optimisation
• Run A/B tests to improve conversions, retention, and engagement

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in a CRM Executive or email marketing role
• Experience with Sailthru, Braze, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
• Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics and Excel
• Confident copywriting skills with an eye for engaging customer messaging
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
