What you will do

• Develop thumbnail and title best practices and packaging strategies for video-podcast episodes.
• Own YouTube schedule, upload content including shorts and sizzle reels.
• Manage publishing strategy and scheduling with social media team.
• Handle relationship with YouTube partnership manager and platform changes.
• Analyze performance metrics and create actionable insights for producers.
• Test and iterate on thumbnails, titles, support channel launches, and identify community engagement opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing successful YouTube channels.
• Deep understanding of YouTube recommendation and browse behaviour.
• Strong data crunching skills to inform content decisions.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage varied workload.
