What you will do

• Ideate, film, and produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to drive channel growth.
• Coordinate and edit both short- and long-form video content, including event coverage and livestreams.
• Manage the social content calendar and production schedule to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle day-to-day community moderation, conflict resolution, and enforcement of house rules.
• Analyze social media performance and reporting to provide landscape insights and content suggestions.
• Collaborate with global marketing teams to synchronize content efforts across regions.

Requirements

• Must be located in Irvine, CA
• 1-2 years of experience in video content development and production management.
• 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Strong gaming knowledge and passion for gamer culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video, Communications, Marketing, or Digital Media.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
