Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 USD

What you will do

• Translate content strategy into polished executions for social, web, and marketing channels.
• Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots in-studio and in the field.
• Edit and format diverse content types, including video, static, motion, and copy-light layouts.
• Develop platform-native micro-content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok from long-form source material.
• Manage agency podcast production, including audio editing, mixing, and visual asset creation.
• Maintain visual frameworks, brand system documents, and asset libraries.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content production or art direction, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and professional video editing platforms.
• Ability to shoot and self-direct professional photo and video using industry-standard equipment.
• Strong command of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Working knowledge of social platform performance and general marketing literacy.
• Must be based in Portland, OR (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience in a global, multi-studio organization.
• Familiarity with podcast workflow and distribution platforms.
• Advanced motion design or animation skills.
• Experience in experiential, events, or brand marketing contexts.
