• Analyze retention, CTR, and competitive data to iterate creatively.
• Influence creative direction and ensure execution fidelity on set.
• Build prompt libraries, frameworks, and systems to scale success; mentor team.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years in YouTube content strategy, packaging, or production with proven high-performing results
• Deep knowledge of YouTube algorithms, retention, and audience behavior
• Advanced proficiency in AI-driven ideation and prompt engineering
• Ability to turn data into creative direction and build scalable frameworks
• Strong communication and experience with virality/channel growth
