What you will do

• Automate the entire data modeling lifecycle from detection to implementation using AI/LLM technologies.
• Define and implement a semantic layer as a Single Source of Truth for both humans and AI to reduce decision-making risks.
• Collaborate with corporate functions like HR and Finance to transform operational data into scalable data products.
• Architect solutions to manage query performance at scale and maintain data trust in an automated environment.
• Lead the evolution of the data analytics environment to maximize value delivered to customers.

Requirements

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to lead initiatives and solve business challenges through data.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in improving data platforms and streamlining operations using AI/LLM.
• Experience designing and implementing data governance and semantic layers using BI tools such as Looker.
• English: B2 level required.
• Japanese: B2 level required.
• Location: Must be based in Tokyo (Roppongi).

Nice to have

• Project management experience, specifically in gathering and prioritizing requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Experience defining project scope and managing delivery timelines.
