What you will do

• Act as business partner to merchandising, providing insights on sell-in, product performance, and range planning
• Own target setting, range planning tools, pricing structures, and FX monitoring
• Manage end-to-end wholesale off-price planning and forecasting cycle
• Analyze stock positions and support retail planning with Senior Retail Planner
• Deliver ad hoc analyses, reporting, and business updates on performance drivers
• Build relationships across merchandising, sales, finance, and commercial teams

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion, or related field
• 5–7 years in merchandising or commercial planning
• Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables)
• Solid understanding of retail KPIs (sales, margin, inventory)
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Qlik Sense)
