Business Process Manager (ITSM)

Salary: €3,041 – €4,344 per month (based on 36 hours)

What you will do

• Manage and optimize ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, and IT Change Management.
• Design and refine IT service management processes to ensure the reliability of the IT landscape.
• Act as the central connecting factor for process improvements across Business Units, IT teams, and various countries.
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities and provide stakeholders with innovation proposals.
• Analyze processes and advise Product Owners on the prioritization of strategic projects.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience as an ITIL Process Manager, owner, or BPM.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes (ITIL V3 or ITIL 4).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from The Hague, Netherlands.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is preferred.
• A results-oriented approach and strong ability to inspire and involve others in optimization.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
