HCP CRM Product Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Support the Product Owner in defining product roadmaps and preparing backlog documentation.
• Gather and validate business requirements from regions and CBUs through workshops and interviews.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
• Coordinate UAT preparation and execution to validate delivered features.
• Prepare training materials and support the Learning & Development team in delivery.
• Track system performance and adoption rates, coordinating troubleshooting with technical teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in CRM/SFA, preferably in Life Science or Pharma.
• Must be based in the Netherlands to access the hybrid working model.
• Experience working in cross-functional projects or product environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.com-based solutions.
• Basic experience with analytics, BI tools, or data visualization.
