TL;DR
HCP CRM Product Analyst (CRM/SFA): Supporting the design and deployment of global CRM and SFA solutions in the Healthcare area with an accent on requirement consolidation and user adoption. Focus on translating business needs into functional documentation and ensuring system reliability through UAT and performance tracking.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the Netherlands); work from home or from People Hubs in Hoofddorp, Utrecht, or Rijswijk.

What you will do
- Support the Product Owner in defining product roadmaps and preparing backlog documentation.
- Gather and validate business requirements from regions and CBUs through workshops and interviews.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Coordinate UAT preparation and execution to validate delivered features.
- Prepare training materials and support the Learning & Development team in delivery.
- Track system performance and adoption rates, coordinating troubleshooting with technical teams.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM/SFA, preferably in Life Science or Pharma.
- Must be based in the Netherlands to access the hybrid working model.
- Experience working in cross-functional projects or product environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce.com-based solutions.
- Basic experience with analytics, BI tools, or data visualization.
