Revenue Operations Manager (HubSpot/NetSuite)

Location: Hybrid, Rotterdam. Must be based in the Netherlands or open to relocating (valid EU work permit is necessary).

What you will do

• Own and optimize HubSpot as the source of truth for pipeline, managing workflows and data quality.
• Design and manage the integration between HubSpot and NetSuite ERP for seamless deal-to-revenue tracking.
• Build pipeline analytics focusing on conversion rates, velocity, and win rates across segments.
• Implement and own a consistent weekly forecasting cadence to improve accuracy over time.
• Design and govern pricing structures, packaging, and discount frameworks to protect margins.
• Optimize GTM processes, identifying bottlenecks in the funnel to increase conversion speed.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations within a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of building reporting, systems, and processes from scratch.
• Strong CRM administration skills (HubSpot) and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite).
• Deep understanding of the full revenue lifecycle from pipeline to invoicing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable executive dashboards.
• Valid EU work permit is necessary.
