What you will do

• Support all A/B Testing Operations within the Digital Store environment.
• Assist the onsite optimisation team across multiple global markets.
• Gain panoramic exposure to the business structure and global operations.
• Learn the methodologies and technical requirements of an A/B Testing Specialist.

Requirements

• Degree (obtained no earlier than 2024 or in final year) in Digital, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or Finance.
• Strong digital skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets.
• Confidence to communicate and present findings to the team and wider business.
• Self-motivated, flexible approach to learning, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
