What you will do

• Manage quality of benchmarking database by maintaining contributing company data and standards.
• Build relationships with data contacts to resolve queries and requests.
• Execute monthly integrity checks and spot checks on performance data.
• Process P&L data using translation tools and integrate into core database.
• Investigate data quality issues through audits aligned with Uniform System of Accounts.
• Contribute to monthly reporting suite and analyze datasets for research projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years in data analysis or relevant field.
• Technical knowledge of Excel and database structures.
• Ability to read, understand, and interrogate hotel P&L results.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles or hospitality operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
