What you will do
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, and CRM.
- Extract and manipulate data from varied sources to create comprehensive, data-backed narratives.
- Partner with marketing and commercial teams to optimize spend and strategies based on insights.
- Utilize marketing mix models, attribution frameworks, and incrementality tests to understand channel impact.
- Create automated dashboards and self-serve tools using Power BI and Google Data Studio.
- Mentor and upskill team members on digital marketing and associated measurement techniques.
Requirements
- Advanced experience in digital marketing effectiveness within the ecommerce sector.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and the conversion funnel.
- Expertise in the Google Stack (GA4, Google Ads, SA360, Big Query) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Competence in SQL and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be able to pass Right to Work checks in the UK.
