What you will do

• Partner with regional commercial leadership on strategic problem solving and execution.
• Align cross-functional teams including Sales, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and Account Management.
• Translate business priorities into clear workstreams, ownership models, and deliverables.
• Improve regional coordination to strengthen focus and execution quality.
• Build scalable operating foundations through SOPs, training, and reporting improvements.
• Support new vertical growth by identifying capacity gaps and operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or Consulting.
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders on complex, structured topics.
• Experience driving cross-functional coordination in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to turn complexity into clear actions and practical next steps.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
