Location: Hybrid (Chester, Bristol, Edinburgh, Halifax) – at least two days per week (40%) in one of the office sites

What you will do

• Own and evolve SEO/GEO measurement framework to monitor performance across organic search and generative AI platforms.
• Deliver actionable insights to uplift rankings, citations, traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Build and maintain dashboards surfacing trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Conduct opportunity sizing, causal analysis, and forecasting to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Embed insight-driven decision-making by coaching digital and content teams.

Requirements

• Two years proven experience designing/evolving measurement frameworks and dashboards for SEO/website performance
• Strategic collaboration with stakeholders to align insights with business objectives.
• Clear communication of insights to non-technical and senior stakeholders.
• Experience coaching/mentoring to foster evidence-based decision-making.
