What you will do
- Build, implement, and optimize go-to-market systems and workflows across sales and marketing
- Manage and integrate CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), outbound platforms, and analytics tools
- Automate lead generation, enrichment, and outreach processes
- Collaborate with SDRs and Account Executives to improve pipeline efficiency
- Develop dashboards and reporting for performance metrics (conversion rates, CAC, pipeline velocity)
- Support outbound campaigns through technical setup, A/B testing, and optimization
- Maintain scalable data pipelines and troubleshoot GTM tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and outbound strategies
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, APIs)
- Proficiency in data handling (Google Sheets, Excel, or SQL preferred)
- Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and act on data
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration
