TL;DR

Process Engineer (Injection Moulding): Testing, debugging, and optimizing new injection mould tooling for manufacturing high-quality tabletop miniatures with an accent on process improvements and trial technologies. Focus on trialling small to large tooling from first shot to sign-off, resolving moulding issues, and producing samples, settings, and documentation for production handover.

Location: Onsite at Warhammer World site just outside Nottingham city centre, UK (afternoon shift: 2pm-10pm Mon-Thu, 12-5pm Fri)

What you will do

• Test, debug, and create settings for all new injection mould tooling in a dedicated trial area.
• Trial small, medium, and large tooling from first test shot to final sign-off, producing detailed reports.
• Resolve moulding issues by liaising with tool makers and designers.
• Produce samples, setting data, and documentation for smooth production handover.
• Trial latest technologies and techniques to optimize manufacturing processes without compromising quality.
