What you will do

• Build and execute glass category sourcing strategy ensuring quality, service, cost and sustainability across international supply.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate global and regional contracts, and own supplier performance.
• Develop market intelligence, drive value creation through should-cost models, digitisation and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D Packaging, Planning, Site Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and Sustainability teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in Procurement within international matrix organization
• Degree in Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related; MBA advantageous
• Fluent in English; French advantageous
• Strong analytical, negotiation, influencing and project management skills
• Experience in complex international environments, data-driven decisions, stakeholder management
