What you will do

• Lead the performance and growth of a large client portfolio.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 20+ people in an international hybrid setup.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with Product, Finance, CRM, and Insights teams.
• Implement a client partnership model to ensure high-touch relationships with the most important customers.
• Set and track department OKRs aligned with hirify.global Group strategies.
• Devise and present growth strategies and results to internal stakeholders and Board level.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in the digital space, with at least 4 years at a senior level within an affiliate network or agency.
• Direct experience working with large clients and delivering account management services in digital marketing.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 20+ people.
• Strong analytical expertise and a data-led decision-making approach.
• Deep understanding of monetisation levers within an affiliate commercial model.
• Commercial orientation and strong strategic awareness.
