What you will do
- Develop sales strategies and analyze market potential to maximize revenue within the Balkan territory.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets through new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.
- Present and promote automation solutions to C-level executives using a value-selling approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and global systems integrators.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Management (CSM) group to ensure maximum value delivery to clients.
- Monitor industry competitors and market conditions to identify specific customer needs and opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience selling business solutions directly to top executives of large companies in the region.
- Demonstrated track record of successful year-over-year quota attainment.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible way to drive desire for the solution.
- Must be based in Serbia.
- Willingness to travel across the Balkan region.
- Fluency in English.
