What you will do

  • Develop sales strategies and analyze market potential to maximize revenue within the Balkan territory.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets through new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.
  • Present and promote automation solutions to C-level executives using a value-selling approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and global systems integrators.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Management (CSM) group to ensure maximum value delivery to clients.
  • Monitor industry competitors and market conditions to identify specific customer needs and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling business solutions directly to top executives of large companies in the region.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful year-over-year quota attainment.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible way to drive desire for the solution.
  • Must be based in Serbia.
  • Willingness to travel across the Balkan region.
  • Fluency in English.
