TL;DR

Corporate Licensing Administrator (Publishing): Managing journal indexing and content delivery to third-party products with an accent on contractual compliance and database accuracy. Focus on building partner relationships, maintaining indexing spreadsheets, and overseeing the onboarding and offboarding of journal titles.

Location: Hybrid (UK). Must live within a commutable distance of the office in Milton Park, Oxfordshire to ensure a minimum of 3 days per week in-person attendance.

What you will do

  • Liaise with internal and external editors to index journals in third-party products for maximum exposure.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to set up electronic content feeds to comply with contractual agreements.
  • Maintain and update indexed journals spreadsheets used for Power BI reporting.
  • Manage DocuSign agreements and ensure document metadata is kept up to date.
  • Handle annual price increases and communicate fee changes to third-party customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Services to allocate invoices and pursue outstanding payment collections.

Requirements

  • Must be based within a commutable distance of Milton Park, Oxfordshire.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and remain focused under pressure.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of copyright.
  • Interest in or knowledge of the publishing industry.
  • Previous experience in licensing.
