Location: Amsterdam Hub Based (Omni-Work model allows up to 50% remote)

What you will do

  • Define and drive Retail Media strategy across key platforms (Amazon, Douglas, Notino) and European markets (DE, FR, IT, NL).
  • Align retail media efforts with national digital strategies in collaboration with Key Account Managers, Marketing, and agencies.
  • Analyze eCommerce and media performance data to identify high-impact opportunities to drive sales and market share.
  • Act as a Retail Media thought leader, monitoring industry trends, tools, and innovations.
  • Manage agency relationships, projects, and budgets in coordination with the Retail Media Director.
  • Prepare and present data-driven insights to senior management during business reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Media, with strong exposure to Paid Media (Paid Search required).
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam Hub.
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads.
