What you will do

• Design an end-to-end lifecycle system including behavioural welcome, replenishment, win-back, and referral flows.
• Architect the hirify.global Pro loyalty proposition, including reward tiers, perks, and underlying unit economics.
• Operate and brief a fleet of AI agents (Lifecycle, Insights, Content, Testing) to generate and ship journeys.
• Own key growth metrics such as first-to-second order rate, repeat rate, LTV, and CAC payback.
• Run continuous experiments through GrowthBook and Klaviyo on all customer touchpoints.
• Analyze and model data independently using SQL and GA4 to drive the roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Rotterdam.
• AI-native systems thinker with experience shipping production work using LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Deep data fluency with proficiency in SQL and GA4.
• Strong business instinct regarding margins, LTV, and unit economics of ecommerce orders.
• Ability to design creative rewards and write on-brand copy.
• Extreme urgency, speed, and full ownership of business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Proven track record of designing and shipping a retention or loyalty program that meaningfully changed repeat behaviour.
• Experience deploying AI agents into a real-world lifecycle workflow.
• Demonstrated performance in entrepreneurship, sports, or high-impact side projects.
