What you will do

• Drive product positioning and messaging for hirify.global Air, ensuring coherence as the product evolves.
• Coordinate the go-to-market strategy for product launches and major updates, including defining use cases and rollout strategies.
• Improve the developer onboarding experience and activation journey by identifying and addressing friction points in the adoption funnel.
• Analyze the agentic developer tool landscape to keep the product's positioning competitive and relevant.
• Develop product education materials and guidance to help developers discover and adopt advanced workflows.
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions.

Requirements

• Experience in product marketing for technical products aimed at developers, data scientists, or ML engineers.
• Strong understanding of modern developer workflows.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely in written and video formats.
• Proven experience launching products or major features.
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with product data.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Amsterdam, Berlin, or Munich.
