Salary: 1,377,600 ₴ — 1,549,800 ₴ UAH per year

What you will do

• Own and execute end-to-end payroll for Ukraine, including input validation and post-payroll processes.
• Act as the subject matter expert on Ukrainian payroll, tax, and legislative requirements.
• Support the rollout of payroll services in new or expanding jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Tax, Finance, and Product to improve operational transparency.
• Integrate and adopt AI-enabled tools to enhance payroll efficiency and scalability.
• Identify and resolve operational risks and compliance issues within the payroll ecosystem.

Requirements

• Meaningful mid-to-senior experience in Ukrainian payroll operations, including end-to-end processing.
• Experience managing payroll in multi-country environments or global organizations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
• Strong fluency in English for working in an asynchronous, distributed team.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in payroll tools and data analysis platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience working in fully hirify.global or globally distributed teams.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
