Salary: 1,377,600 ₴ — 1,549,800 ₴ UAH per year

What you will do
- Own and execute end-to-end payroll for Ukraine, including input validation and post-payroll processes.
- Act as the subject matter expert on Ukrainian payroll, tax, and legislative requirements.
- Support the rollout of payroll services in new or expanding jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Tax, Finance, and Product to improve operational transparency.
- Integrate and adopt AI-enabled tools to enhance payroll efficiency and scalability.
- Identify and resolve operational risks and compliance issues within the payroll ecosystem.
Requirements
- Meaningful mid-to-senior experience in Ukrainian payroll operations, including end-to-end processing.
- Experience managing payroll in multi-country environments or global organizations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
- Strong fluency in English for working in an asynchronous, distributed team.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in payroll tools and data analysis platforms.
