What you will do

• Manage partner relationships in a matrixed environment to drive technology adoption.
• Develop, negotiate, and track joint Action Plans with partners.
• Reinforce sales and technical knowledge of partners and keep them updated on company news and promotions.
• Manage partner pipelines and ensure compliance with ProPartner Program requirements.
• Provide support to partners and prospects regarding licensing, quotations, and product information.
• Maintain partner accounts and forecasts within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record in sales and partner/account management, specifically growing strategic accounts.
• Must have experience in business development and deal negotiation.
• Solid understanding of virtualization technologies, specifically VMware and Microsoft solution sets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
