Product Manager (Web Platform)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Web Platform): Developing and scaling an internal site builder to manage external pages with an accent on performance optimization, stakeholder management, and reducing time-to-market. Location: Remote (Worldwide) or Hybrid (Cyprus, Serbia). Relocation support is available to Cyprus or Serbia.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the long-term vision for the internal site builder platform.
• Prioritize the platform backlog, focusing on components, analytics, localization, and versioning.
• Lead the migration of all public-facing pages to the new platform to reduce time-to-market.
• Optimize web performance metrics, specifically Core Web Vitals (FCP, LCP, TTFB).
• Design roles and permissions to enable self-service for internal teams.
• Collaborate with HR, marketing, and legal stakeholders to streamline page launching and A/B testing.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager in platform or internal tools development.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and balance priorities.
• Strong background in web products, CMS, or site builders.
• Capability to structure complex problems and drive solutions end-to-end.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with web performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
• Knowledge of SEO and web analytics systems.
• Technical background or strong experience collaborating with engineering teams.
• Experience in fintech or high-growth product companies.
