Senior Gameplay Designer (Unreal Engine 5): Designing and prototyping innovative gameplay systems and features for a new AAA IP (Project Hadar) with an accent on combat systems and overall player experience. Location: Relocation to Warsaw, Poland is required. Office-first approach (full-time or hybrid).

Salary: 20,100 – 31,790 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Propose and document innovative design for systems and features following the game direction.
• Design, prototype, and script features using Unreal Engine 5.
• Iterate and improve documentation for existing systems and features.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to implement gameplay functionality and combat systems.
• Take full ownership of specific game features and systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar gameplay design role.
• Proven track record of creating and owning gameplay processes and mechanics.
• Proficiency in prototyping and implementation within Unreal Engine 5.
• Experience across the full AAA game development lifecycle (pre-production to post-launch).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
