What you will do

• Own the design and execution of new features and game improvements for Mob Control.
• Design core loops, meta systems, user flows, economy models, and monetization features.
• Develop A/B testing ideas to improve engagement, retention, and in-app purchase performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and artists to take features from concept through live release.
• Analyze KPIs and player behavior to identify opportunities and guide design decisions.
• Contribute to the game vision, strategic direction, priorities, and long-term roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing mobile midcore games, such as strategy or 4X titles.
• Proven experience in gameplay design, game balancing, and meta feature design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create clear, simple design documentation.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex systems.
• Comfort analyzing KPIs and player behavior to guide design decisions.
• Passion for mobile midcore games and strong knowledge of market dynamics.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in mobile midcore games.
• Experience applying feedback from multiple sources with flexibility and no ego.
