What you will do

• Define and standardize mathematical frameworks and best practices across all studios.
• Provide guidance and alignment to math and discipline leads without direct line management.
• Oversee mathematical implementation in both conversion and digital-first game development.
• Collaborate closely with GDK teams to ensure alignment between math models and platform capabilities.
• Establish standards for mathematical tools and contribute to their development.
• Monitor market trends and competitor products to ensure game math remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the gaming industry (online or land-based).
• Experience in lead or consulting roles within game mathematics or similar disciplines.
• Strong understanding of game math design, implementation, and performance drivers.
• Ability to influence and align multiple teams without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset with a strong awareness of market trends and competitive landscape.
• Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in the specified hiring locations.
