Director of Game Math Design (iGaming)

What you will do

• Define and standardize mathematical frameworks and best practices across PlayDigital studios.
• Guide math and discipline leads without direct line management.
• Oversee mathematical implementation for conversion and digital-first games.
• Collaborate with GDK teams to align math models with platform capabilities.
• Establish standards for mathematician tools and contribute to their development.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, translating insights into game performance and player engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the gaming industry, online or land-based.
• Experience in lead or consulting roles in game mathematics or a similar discipline.
• Strong understanding of game math design, implementation, and performance drivers.
• Ability to influence and align multiple teams without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset and awareness of market trends and the competitive landscape.
• Full eligibility to work under a local full-time employment contract in the hiring country.
