Lead Game Designer

Location: Onsite in Warsaw or Wrocław, Poland

What you will do

• Build and direct high-level feature roadmaps with the Core Team and Production.
• Plan game feature development by setting priorities, assigning design owners, structuring the team, and assessing hiring needs.
• Design systemic content loops such as seasonal arcs, events, and limited-time modes, and iterate using player behavior and performance data.
• Create detailed design frameworks and define requirements with co-leads, directors, and production.
• Champion designs from conception through prototyping, balancing, release, and post-launch support.
• Mentor game designers and improve workflows, tools, and design pipelines.

Requirements

• Senior experience in game design with at least one shipped AAA title as a Lead Game Designer or Senior Game Designer.
• Strong knowledge of systemic game design and long-term engagement or content loops.
• Data literacy, including defining KPIs and using live performance data to guide design decisions.
• Structured and professional approach to game design and production methodologies.
• Proactive, supportive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very good command of English required.
