What you will do

• Lead day-to-day programme delivery to ensure an outstanding student experience.
• Maintain academic quality and standards in line with partner requirements and External Examiners.
• Drive curriculum development to ensure programme content remains current and aligned with institutional methodologies.
• Analyze student performance data to inform annual monitoring and enhancement plans.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to academic staff, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment, providing timely and constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in academic leadership and programme management.
• Ability to be present on campus in London for teaching delivery.
• Experience in curriculum development and academic governance.
• Ability to identify and support students requiring additional assistance.
• Must pass pre-employment checks, including criminal records check, Right to Work verification, and education confirmation.
