What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design processes from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and developer-ready assets.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to solve complex, data-driven challenges.
• Design and iterate on AI-powered product experiences applying human-centered design principles.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure visual consistency and scalability across all deliverables.
• Participate in client-facing sessions to present design solutions and incorporate feedback.
• Advocate for user experience best practices throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience in product design for web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and extensive experience working with design systems.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking methodologies, UI patterns, and accessibility standards.
• Advanced English level (written and spoken) required.
• Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Nice to have

• Experience working with data-driven products, analytics dashboards, or AI/ML-based solutions.
• Prior experience in consulting or agency environments.
