What you will do

• Lead a local delivery team of up to 15 people.
• Manage daily operations and collaboration with internal departments.
• Translate client needs and business priorities into clear direction for the delivery team.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Set standards for a high-performing, collaborative, and trusting team culture.
• Identify and drive operational improvements within a standardized service setup.

Requirements

• Experience from a consultancy or agency environment is likely to be relevant.
• Ability to navigate complexity, manage expectations, and turn business needs into clear next steps.
• Analytical, structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Strong relationship-building, diplomatic, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Curiosity, fast learning ability, and a collaborative mindset.
