What you will do

• Design, execute, and optimize integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns including awareness, acquisition, and retargeting.
• Manage the end-to-end demand generation funnel from segmentation and list development to MQL creation and pipeline contribution.
• Develop campaign strategy, messaging, and audience targeting in collaboration with Business Marketing.
• Execute and refine ABM programs, email workflows, and digital retargeting tactics.
• Optimize lead flow, scoring, and routing rules in partnership with Sales Operations.
• Perform ongoing ROI analysis and channel metrics reporting to inform strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience leading and executing B2B marketing campaigns in high-growth environments.
• Strong expertise in demand generation and full-funnel strategy.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience in Biotech or Healthcare is highly preferred.
