What you will do

• Communicate surveillance analyses and findings to department management and other team members.
• Conduct investigations regarding compliance with transaction, position limit, delivery, and reporting rules.
• Engage market participants and representatives of clearing firms in contract surveillance activities.
• Monitor market participation, deliveries, news, and economic performance of assigned products.
• Prepare written reports for management and Exchange disciplinary committees in case of material rule violations.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working for an exchange, regulatory organization, Dealer (BD), or Futures Commission Merchant (FCM).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to research and present findings.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an analytical field.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
