What you will do

• Define AI/ML adoption roadmaps across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and BI systems leveraging GenAI capabilities.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions in Microsoft Azure and AWS, integrating systems via REST APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
• Lead teams of engineers and data scientists to deliver NLP chatbots, predictive analytics, and RPA workflows.
• Implement MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, MLflow, and Kubeflow for model lifecycle management.
• Deploy scalable models in Azure AI Studio and productionize them via microservices in Kubernetes (AKS).
• Establish AI-specific data governance, security compliance (GDPR, SOC 2), and responsible AI principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI/ML Engineering.
• 5+ years in enterprise IT and 5+ years of AI/ML solution delivery in production environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, pandas) and experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
• Expertise in Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, AI Studio) and AWS ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex AI concepts to executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as AutoGen, CrewAI, or OpenAI Assistants API.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act).
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein or Agentforce capabilities.
• Relevant certifications: Microsoft Azure AI Engineer (AI-102) or AWS Certified ML Specialty.
