Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Architect production-level ML & AI workloads including agents, end-to-end ML pipelines, and training/inference optimization.
• Implement enterprise GenAI solutions such as RAG architectures, agentic systems, and AI observability and monitoring.
• Scale and optimize customer AI workloads using best-in-class MLOps practices.
• Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during the technical sale process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to represent the voice of the customer and influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on industry ML experience as an ML or AI Engineer.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic systems, vector databases, and tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate and teach technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the US and capable of traveling up to 30% of the time.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role.
