What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of data and AI capabilities for enterprise compliance programs.
• Identify and prioritize analytics opportunities to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Establish standards for data quality, lineage, and governance to ensure scalable and reusable assets.
• Manage client relationships and communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Coach and develop a pipeline of data and AI leadership talent.
• Drive the adoption of new platforms and AI-enabled ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing analytics and AI systems for strategic decision-making.
• Strong expertise in business statistics and quantitative modeling approaches.
• Proficiency in machine learning tools and languages, specifically Python and R.
• Experience leading teams in complex, matrixed corporate environments.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Peoria, IL.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship available).

• Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) using machine learning.
• Background in data mining and cleaning initiatives.
