What you will do

• Drive business insights across the organization using SQL, Looker, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
• Develop and distribute ongoing performance reports for management across all operational areas.
• Build LookML models and Looker dashboards to communicate complex data insights.
• Mentor junior team members on analysis best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global partners to address data and analysis needs.
• Monitor data sources to ensure reporting accuracy and solve complex data problems.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Business Analytics, MIS, Economics, or a related analytical field.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with statistical analysis tools such as R, Python, or SAS.
• Proven experience with digital/social media marketing and web analytics.
• BA/BS degree in an analytical field (Advanced degree preferred).
