What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize advanced Tableau dashboards, workbooks, and data products for high-performance analytics.
• Define visualization standards, style guides, and reusable templates; tune dashboard performance and manage Hyper extracts.
• Design, optimize, and manage data pipelines for reporting solutions using ETL/ELT workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, and Business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and architecture assessments; support business-aligned projects.
• Explore AI/automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions for repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative/technical field (advanced degree a plus).
• Expert Tableau proficiency (dashboards, optimization, calculations, tuning).
• Advanced SQL and Amazon Redshift (or MPP databases) experience.
• ETL/ELT development, Python/dbt, AWS cloud ecosystems.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving, communication skills; ability to work in remote-first environment; periodic travel.
