Manager, Global Revenue and Product Analytics (Pricing & Analytics): Driving profitable growth across GM’s global parts portfolio through global pricing strategy, governance, and execution with an accent on data analytics for price-volume-mix, contribution margin, elasticity, and product-line health. Focus on converting complex data into actionable insights, owning pricing datasets and reporting tools, and leading cross-functional partnerships for revenue optimization and financial forecasting.
Location: Warren, Michigan (hybrid: report to office at least 3 days/week). Travel <25%. No immigration sponsorship (H1-B, OPT, etc.). Eligible for relocation benefits.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain global pricing strategies, governance, and execution guardrails for parts portfolios.
- Analyze price-volume-mix, contribution margin, elasticity, competitive benchmarks, and profitability to recommend revenue actions.
- Monitor product-line health including availability, channel performance, market share, and portfolio trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Own pricing datasets, data standards, reporting tools, and dashboards; partner with IT and Finance for enhancements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, Supply Chain, and regional teams on pricing, assortment, and planning cycles.
- Produce executive reporting, scenario modeling, and financial analyses for leadership and pricing councils.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5-7+ years in pricing, revenue management, commercial finance, or product line management.
- Strong financial acumen: P&L, contribution-margin analysis, forecasting, ROI/NPV, scenario modeling.
- Advanced analytical skills for large datasets; high proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and reporting systems.
- Must be authorized to work in US without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- MBA or postgraduate degree.
- Experience with global pricing, SAP/Cognos, product-line health analytics.
- SQL, DAX, Power Query, Python/R, or AI-driven analytics tools.
- Prior leadership in cross-functional initiatives.
