What you will do

• Plan and coordinate operation and testing for high-consequence rocket motor operations.
• Batch and mix volatile energetic precursor chemicals for solid rocket motor manufacturing.
• Create quality control measurements and documentation to ensure strict production standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical concepts into physical flight hardware.
• Develop and mature manufacturing, assembly, and integration processes for initial production runs.
• Oversee site maintenance, upgrades, and operational efficiency projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
• 3+ years of experience in aerospace or energetics supporting technical operations.
• Experience building complex, highly energetic aerospace components.
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks, NX, or similar) and understanding of thermal, statics, and dynamics principles.
• Experience with manufacturing metrology and quality assurance tools.
• U.S. Person status required per ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience in R&D or high-speed production environments.
• Hands-on experience constructing solid rocket motors.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, SVN).
• Project management skills.
