What you will do

• Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews with US-based engineering teams.
• Optimize manual and automated assembly processes to increase production capacity and efficiency.
• Design and source fixtures and tooling in coordination with suppliers.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation and qualify processes for new product introductions.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve quality issues and implement cost-reduction programs.
• Set up reverse logistics triage testing and RMA processes.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Process Engineer or in a related field.
• Engineering degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Strong electro-mechanical background and expert knowledge of assembly and statistical process controls.
• Proficiency in Excel and CAD (NX).
• Ability to write scripts for aggregating and analyzing productivity and defect data.
