What you will do

• Design and implement subscription and ad monetization strategies to maximize revenue across the mobile app portfolio.
• Optimize pricing, paywalls, and upsell flows through continuous A/B testing and experimentation.
• Develop win-back and retention initiatives to reduce churn and improve user lifecycle.
• Model financial opportunities and analyze competitor benchmarks to refine pricing tiers.
• Manage App Store Connect setups and ensure strict compliance with Apple's monetization policies.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate monetization features seamlessly.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in mobile app monetization with a focus on subscriptions and/or ad revenue.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal for a fully onsite role.
• Deep understanding of IAP systems, paywall design, and subscription lifecycles.
• Experience with ad platforms (AdMob, IronSource, AppLovin) and A/B testing tools.
• Strong analytical skills in cohort analysis and revenue modeling.
• Familiarity with App Store Connect and Apple's monetization guidelines.
